Additional Notes

  • This is an application and needs approval, the Board will be selecting vendors at our June Board Meeting.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee a spot at the MAEDS conference.
  • Once approved, billing information will be sent to each successful applicant.
  • Do not make reservations with Shanty Creek Resorts until you are approved.
  • All vendors must be approved as a vendor, you cannot register as a Member or Guest.

Shanty Creek Reservations

Do not register for a hotel room with Shanty Creek Resorts until you have been notified that your application has been accepted.  Registration information will be available after applications have been approved by the board in June.

Hotel check-in is at 4:00p.m. Your room may be available earlier, however it is recommended that you verify availability before unloading any luggage.
