MAEDS members who intend to submit a session for the Spring PD Day should refrain from registering until you have received notification that your session has been accepted. Registering prior to this notification may lead to unnecessary expenses for MAEDS, as credit card companies charge fees for refunds.

This page is strictly for MAEDS members. Vendors are expressly prohibited from registering as members for the MAEDS Spring PD Day. Any vendor attempting to register as a member will have their registration canceled, and any refund will be issued minus processing fees.

MAEDS Cancellation Policy

Full Refund Deadline:

Cancellations submitted at least [30 days] prior to the event are eligible for a full refund, less applicable processing fees.

Partial Refund Deadline:

Cancellations received between [30 days] and [14 days] before the event are eligible for a 50% refund, less applicable processing fees.

No Refunds Deadline:

Beginning 14 days prior to the conference, MAEDS incurs binding financial obligations to our caterers and other partners. Therefore, cancellations made within this 14-day period are not eligible for a refund.

Credit Card Fees:

All refunds are subject to the deduction of any non-refundable processing fees.
