Any exhibitor or vendor attempting to register as a member will have their registration canceled, and any refund will be issued minus processing fees. MAEDS members who intend to submit a session for the conference should refrain from registering for the conference until you have received notification that your session has been accepted. Registering prior to this notification may lead to unnecessary expenses for MAEDS, as credit card companies charge fees for refunds.
